Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
Orders (excluding custom orders) are processed within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Processing time could be extended based on stock availability and unforeseen shipping changes.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times are only estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Beauty's Accent Self-Care Plus is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages:
Beauty's Accent Self-Care Plus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as quickly as possible to update the shipping address. Most Orders will ship the same day or next day.
If the address cannot be changed we hold the right to charge a fee for re-shipment once the item has been returned undelivered.
